Join us for our Recruitment Event on November 4th! Email cubmasterpack510@gmail.com for more information!
Whether you’re brand new to Scouting or transferring from another Pack, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Pack 510 family!
Not sure where to begin? Join us Tuesday evenings to meet our leaders, connect with other families, and get a feel for what makes our Pack special. Be sure to explore our Events Calendar to stay informed of our exciting adventures.
To help you get oriented, we’ve created the 2025-2026 Family Handbook - a comprehensive guide filled with everything you need to know about our program. We also recommend reviewing the BSA New Cub Scout Families Information Guide for valuable insights into the Scouting program and our community.
Scouts wear a field uniform at all den and pack meetings. This includes:
Uniform shirt
Neckerchief
Slide
Optional: Pack hat
Uniform pants, belt, socks, and rank-specific hats are optional.
Uniforms can be purchased at the Cascade Pacific Council (CPC) Scout Shop in Beaverton or online at Scouting America's (SA) Scout Shop at scoutshop.org. If you need a uniform shirt, we have a small stockpile of donated shirts available; just ask if we have one in your child's size.
Unsure about patches!? Check out this Cub Scout Patch and Badge Placement Guide! You may also want to check out SA Scout Shop's Uniform Builder which gives you a complete visual of every item you need.
Cub Scout Handbook
Each Scout needs a handbook specific to their den. These can be purchased at the CPC Scout Shop or online at the SA Scout Shop. If you’re unsure which handbook you need, the New Member Coordinator can help.
Our Pack thrives because of our amazing families! We'd love to learn about your skills, interests, and how you'd like to contribute. Please take a moment to complete our Family Survey--your involvement makes a big difference and keeps our Pack running.
We're committed to ensuring that no child misses out on Scouting for financial reasons. Our annual fundraisers--Fall Popcorn, Holdiay Wreaths, and Spring Snack Attack--help support our Pack and individual Scouting expenses. Please also consider asking about and applying for scholarships.
Before enrolling we encourage families to attend a Tuesday meeting to review and discuss dues, family involvement, and optional fundraising.
When you are ready, new scouts can apply online.
Feel free to email or talk to the New Member Coordinator at a Tuesday night meeting.
