Friends of Scouting is the Cascade Pacific Council’s annual giving campaign that provides essential funding for Scouting throughout Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington. Why It Matters to Pack 510:
While donations go to the council as a whole, the benefits flow directly back to our pack through better access to campgrounds and outdoor experiences, support for leader training and safety tools, and helping keep Scouting affordable so pack dues don’t have to carry the full load. This means more quality campouts, family‑friendly events, and opportunities for our Scouts to grow and explore.

The Key Details
Payment Type: This is cash only (or via whatever digital payment method you are personally comfortable using).
Locations: We are cleared to sell at Fisherman’s, Coastal and Lowe’s.
Safeway Sales: We can begin selling at Safeway after March 15.
Uniforms: Scouts should always be in Class A uniform for storefront sales.
